Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness Installation - 2019 Chevrolet Spark

Hey everybody, Ryan here at Etrailer. Today on our 2019 Chevrolet Spark, we're going to be showing you how to install the Tekonsha custom fit vehicle wiring harness. Before we do that though, let's just take a couple minutes, check it out and make sure it'll work for you. So if you plan on pulling a small trailer around or maybe even using a cargo carrier that has lights in it, something like that, you're gonna need a way to illuminate all them lights. And that's exactly where our trailer wiring is gonna come into play. Today on this 2014 Chevrolet Spark, we're going to show you the T1 vehicle wire and harness with a 4-pole flat trailer connector, part number 118575 from Tow Ready. Now when we do need to use it, we just simply pull it out and shut the hatch on it. The door seal's thick enough when you close the latch, it's not going to hurt the wire. Just stay away from that, that will cut the wiring, you'll have to start all over. Leave it like this and shut the hatch. You should have enough to go down to your trailer. more

Trailer Wiring Harness Installation - 2013 Chevrolet Spark

Today on our 2013 Chevrolet Spark we're going to install part number: 118575 from Tow Ready. This is the T-1 vehicle wiring harness with four pull, flat trailer connector. All right, to start of we need to go ahead and open the back hatch and get access to our wiring behind the tail lights. We'll also need to remove the floor covering - there's not much to it. All right, next we're going to go ahead and loosen up our side panels here. We're looking at the driver's side for the plastic fastener we have to remove here, a Phillips head screw here, and a couple more plastic fasteners here. Use a trim panel tool; it works best on these fasteners. To get us started to pull it out, it seems to work best to go ahead and pull it this way. You'll get access behind our wiring. more
